Line xxx from Requisition xxx is awaiting review
During entry or update of a requisition, if Next Reviewer is entered and the Ready for Review checkbox is selected, this message is sent to the next reviewer. If the requisition line has been marked as a rush order, the message text is preceded by the words Rush Order.
When a Next Reviewer is entered for a requisition during the review process, this message is sent to the next reviewer. If the previous reviewer entered comments, the message text is followed by The previous reviewer entered comments into the Requisition Line's Activity Log.
This message is also sent when using Repairables Tracking when issuing a repairable item for outside repair. During this process, a requisition line is created. If your site does not automatically approve repair requisitions, then this message will be sent to the Default Repair Requisition Reviewer of the person performing the Issue for Repair.
These messages are always sent to the requisition line's requester upon review, rejection, approval, or cancellation of approval. If the reviewer entered comments, the message text explains that comments can be seen in the requisition line's Activity Log.
Line xxx of Requisition xxx is a rush order now approved for purchase. (Item: item number and xxxx-40 character-description-here-xxxxxx)
This message is sent to the buyer previously entered on the requisition line when a requisition line marked as a Rush Order is approved for purchase.
Item xxx on Requisition xxx has been received. The Purchase Order Number is xxx.
This message can be sent when a receipt is made against a purchase order line if the purchase order line originated from a non-reorder requisition (i.e., a requisition entered by a user as opposed to the system-generated REYYYYMMDD requisition).
The message is sent based on checkboxes on the Define Item Types window. If the checkbox Notify Requester Upon Receipt is checked, the message is sent to the requisition requester. If the checkbox Notify Storeroom Upon Receipt is checked, the message is also sent to the Job Function associated with the storeroom.
Shipping Order xxx has been forwarded to you.
The person or job function to whom a shipping order is forwarded receives this message.
Transfer Request xxx for item xxx has been created against Stores Location xxx.
When a Transfer Request is created, this information message is sent to the job function assigned to the From Stores Location. You will see this message only if Multiple Warehousing is used at your site.
Request for Quote xxx is awaiting approval.
The Buyer to whom a Request for Quote is forwarded receives this message.
Bid has been received from Supplier xxx for Request for Quote xxx.
For requisition lines marked quote only, this message is sent to the requisition requester each time a bid for that item is received from a supplier.
