The Translate Standard Dictionary window is used to enter a common translation for table element labels. You use this translation in all windows in which the label appears unless an override exists. If an override translation exists, it replaces any translations that exist in the standard dictionary for that window.
Note: The standard dictionary terms are global, not specific to one window or the single use of a word.
TabWare translates text embedded in messages, window titles, table elements, miscellaneous text, labels, or any terms that are part of the dictionary but not text in help windows or terms that are not in the dictionary. You cannot enter a single quote in the translation. As in other TabWare customization windows, you can use filter and sort tools to help with the translation of customized languages.
