If you have been granted security access for Define Public Query, a Public Query Access button displays in the selection criteria window. By clicking it, you have access to the window Grant/Revoke Access to Public Queries.
To Grant/Revoke Access:

Select the group you want to process. The right-hand window displays all available public queries. Highlighted entries indicate the queries currently available to that group. |

2. |
Select/deselect individual queries to grant or revoke access. |
|
3. |
Click OK to return to the selection criteria window. |
