If Repairables Tracking is not being used, the Restock Repaired Items window allows you to return items to inventory after repairs have been completed and the items placed in stock. The quantity on hand increases when the restocking occurs.
To Restock Repaired Items:
1. |
Enter an Item Number from the Repair Log Search window or choose a custom query that selects only those items marked as repairable. |

Click the Search button to show items matching the selection criteria. |
3. |
Highlight one or more items, click the Go To button, and select the option Restock, or click the Restock button. |

The Restock Repaired Items window displays, showing the item numbers selected. |
5. |
The Employee field defaults to your user ID. |
6. |
Optionally, change the Item number displayed by entering a new one or by clicking the search icon and performing a search. |
7. |
Enter a Quantity to Restock and, optionally, Unit Cost. |
8. |
Press the TAB key to advance to the next item or click OK to save the entries to the database. |
To Restock Repaired Items for Multiple Warehousing:

If your location is using the Multiple Warehousing feature and you need to restock a repaired item, you must designate the stores location to which the item is being returned. Following the same steps outlined above, after clicking the option to Restock Repaired Items (step 3 above), select the appropriate stores location on the Stores Location popup window. |
