You can link drawings or other documents to a shipping order using the Documents tab. You can reference the documents to a location on a computer database or to a physical location, such as a file cabinet. Click the Link button to add or revise document links. To view a particular document, double-click the row or highlight a row and then click the View button.
The document Type field defines the type of document being accessed. The Location field tells you where the document is stored.
To Establish a Link:

Click the Links button on the Documents tab to open the Change Document References window. |

Click the New button. |

Click Type to see a dropdown list. The types available are Adobe PDF, HTML, HTTP, MSWord and WSExcel documents. |

Enter a description in the Description field. |

In the Location field, click the Browse button on the right of the screen, navigate to and select the document. |

Click OK to add the reference to the database. |
